(annual maintenance contract)

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is the written document that sets forth the terms of an agreement between a client and a maintenance service provider. GITS do AMC and the overall purpose for AMC is to have consistent fees and regular availability of the service provider at a savings over random or emergency calls.
